We strongly encourage you to keep a close eye on the tracking of your order. Please make sure that you enter your correct mobile number when placing a new order to ensure that our courier service will be able to contact you if needed.

Health and Safety

The health and safety of our customers and employees are our number one priority. We have implemented strict measures in our warehouse to protect our teams and our couriers based on World Health Organisation advice in relation to COVID-19, which ensures your safety once your Palladium parcel has been delivered.

Delivery system

Our couriers will follow local government rules and recommended procedures to ensure our customers safety. Due to the escalation of this virus there maybe a delay in our normal shipping time.


We have extended our returns policy to 60 days for orders processed from March 1st 2020 - May 31st, 2020.
