Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

All products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Products marked as "Final Sale" are also non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.

We offer convenient returns with our partner ReturnBear. With kiosks
conveniently located across Canada you won't have to print labels or re-pack your items. If mail-in is easier, you can still do that too.

Our standard timeframe is to process and ship orders within 2 business days of receiving them.

Once it's on the way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number/link. However, during the peak times, there might be a little delay.
