    I swear I got a pair that weren't supposed to be sold.

    It's like I ordered the last pair left, and it was a mistake pair that got mixed in.

    They're not the same inside, the right one is overall tighter, probably because the insole is higher. Or the left one is lower. Either way it hurts my right hip to walk in them after about 30 minutes because of that.

    I got my boss and another coworker with size 11.5 and 11 feet (i ordered 12, im 11.5) to try them on and they both said the same thing, so I know it's the boots.

    Also the tops of the zippers have been mushed, they weren't like that on the size 11s that I ordered and sent back first.

    Customer service has been painfully slow. I know I can send them back no problem but they're sold out and I REALLY want to keep them, so I'd love to get an exchange and leave a review for those instead.

    Also why do you sell 11.5 in America but not Canada?
