We hope you love your Palladium Boots product, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Products marked as "Final Sale" are also non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. Only orders purchased online at www.palladiumboots.ca can be returned by mail to us at our warehouse. Any Palladium merchandise purchased from an authorized retailer must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a customer service specialist within 30 days of delivery by filling out our Contact Us form. Please supply the specialist with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
We will process your refund within 7-14 business days after receiving your return and processing it in our warehouse. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 2 billing cycles to post the refund to your account.
During the holiday season (December-February), returns may take up to 21 business days to process due to higher than normal sales volume.
We will refund your order in full, minus shipping costs, if applicable.

Placing an order on our website is easy. Just follow these simple steps.
Choose the products you want to purchase: You can browse by gender or category by using the menus on the top of the page. To find out more about a product, click on its image or name and you will be taken to a page with more detailed product information.
Add products to your shopping bag: Once you have selected an item, and you have selected size and quantity, click the “Add to Cart” button on the right side of the product detail page. Remember, you can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page of our sites.
Proceed to checkout: When you’re ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items that are in your shopping bag. You can add, change or delete items until you are completely satisfied with your order. Once you have selected all the items that you would like to purchase, click on the “CHECK OUT” button. You can check-out as a guest, register or if you are already registered use the Login option to proceed to the Billing, shipping and payment information steps.
Enter shipping and billing information:In this step you will enter the shipping and billing addresses. Note that your billing address is the address linked to your Credit/Debit card, and so it must be entered exactly as it appears on your bank statement. You can enter a different shipping address if you’d like your product(s) to arrive at a different location to your billing (bank statement) address. When you’ve finished entering this information in these steps, please click on the “Continue” button.
Shipping method: In this step, your shipping costs will be added to the overall bill. Note that we cannot ship overnight or addresses on Military Bases.
Enter payment information: Select your method of payment and payment information from the options available. Be sure to review all information on this screen before clicking the “PLACE ORDER” button. You can make any necessary changes to your shopping bag, shipping, billing, and payment information by using the “CHANGE ORDER” option. Please review your order details in the Order Review step and confirm the order by pressing the “PLACE ORDER” button.

For all Palladium footwear, Recycled materials, Waterproof, and even Canvas, we recommend that you spray them once every two months with a Nano Protectant. There are many brands available. This will help to prevent against dust and dirt, but it will also use nanotechnology to fill any tiny openings to block water from getting in. If your shoes are waterproof, this will help to keep them looking and performing at their best. If your shoes are canvas, this will be make them water resistant, but still allow them to breath.
First read the directions of the Nano Protectant to apply correctly. Most advise to thoroughly clean the shoes and allow them to fully dry. Shake the container and spray evenly over the surface from a distance of 12 inches. This is not recommended for metalized leather or patent leather.

Palladium has adopted the SA8000 Standard for factory operations. All of Palladium's products are made in factories owned by others. At our request, all factory owners have agreed to implement the SA8000 Standard. The standard includes bans on child labor, mistreatment of workers, a ban on illegal overtime, and on all overtime for which workers are not paid premium wages. The standard requires measures to promote worker safety (e.g., fire safety, factory hygiene, safe living quarters), and regular audits by outside agencies which have been specially certified on the SA8000 Standard. We recognize that full implementation of the SA8000 Standard will require continual efforts, and we are serious about it.
As of today, our production is 80% in Vietnam and 20% in China. Palladium continues to evaluate production opportunities including most recently starting production in Italy with a craftsman factory that produces all footwear by hand.
The majority of our materials are sourced in the same country were they are produced. We are working with 4 main textile suppliers and 2 tanneries who are trusted partners. In 1990, we produced the first eco-friendly boot. Three years ago, we took the initiative to create our first Earth Collection as an innovative capsule to test new processes and fabrics with a sustainable approach. Step by step we are spreading those innovations into all our products as we investigate entire manufacturing process and rethink the way we produce any product. Our selected material suppliers have played an important role in our transition with certifications from GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), GRS (Global Recycled Standard), among others, including materials that are guaranteed to respect both the social and environmental conditions.
Leftover materials are used for prototypes and developments samples. This effort to reduce waste, including leftover materials, begins with purchasing only what is needed. Samples that are no longer needed are then donated to local charities in each region.
