This is the second winter I’m wearing them and I don’t even wear them often and the rubber side of the shoes are coming off… started last year and now it’s getting worse

I love these boots. I bought a pair of Pampa Lites 6-7 years ago and wore them out! I’ve been waiting for my size to become available (7.5) because I finally need a new pair. These boots are amazing - they’re super comfortable so long walks to/from work are a breeze. They’re waterproof so wet weather is no problem. They’re built to last which makes the price more palatable. And they look great. I definitely recommend these boots.

I have wide feet, but I've bought the DestinyxPalladium Taikonaut boots before which I believe were baggy Pampas? I got the Taikonauts on a size women's 7.5 and they fit perfectly, managed to replace the insoles with my orthopedic ones, and still have a roomy fit.
Unfortunately, this pampa lite (which were also Women's 7.5) feels tighter? And narrower. The insoles are also glued onto the shoes so it took a while to scrape off the foam and put on my insoles. Regardless of whether my insoles were in or not, though, it still felt pretty fit width-wise.
They were fine for a few days of wear, but I wore it to work for 8 hours and had knee pains for days bc it just got so tight by the end of the night.
The style and design however, are absolutely amazing and is the only reason I'm giving two stars. I guess I could see if I could replace it with a size larger, but since I've already used it for 2 days at work (where's it's pretty muddy/dusty), it's already been dirtied enough that I don't know if they'd even accept it.
